Yes, our first meeting is completely free and is held as a consultation. During this meeting, we will explain in detail how we work and provide information about the monthly service fee and the cost for one-time services. This will help you decide whether we are the right partners for you.
Yes, you will have a permanent contact person from our firm who will be responsible for your matters. Together, you will find ways of working that are convenient for both parties. The accountant will be fully familiar with your business and what is needed for the proper accounting of your documents. In case of urgency, the manager of ATP Konsult will be available for you outside of business hours.
We communicate with our clients in both Bulgarian and English. Optional financial reports are always bilingual, as well as much of the documentation used.
Yes, you will receive reports on the work we’ve done, as it is closely related to the preparation of your financial reports. Depending on the agreed terms, we will provide you with periodic updates on your business progress - monthly, quarterly, or annually.
For monthly (subscription-based) accounting services, payment is made on a monthly basis, and you will receive an automatic invoice via email. For all other cases, payment is one-time.
